i could make an effort to answer all of these questions, but it's getting none of us anywhere. it's now a matter of me defending my beliefs, bashing you, you (collectively) defending your beliefs, bashing me. that's fine, but i don't see anything postive coming from it. i'm now being invited to kiss the ass of a person who's not even been involved in this debate, so obviously i'm stepping on many toes. my goal is not to alienate anyone. i find the dynamics of the argument between deecee and me to be interesting...i think it's hard to see the real issue in this case for many reasons. one -- because of certain reservations i have about sharing the cause i'm involved in, i am not able to fully explain myself. two -- i have caused many prejudices (my own fault) for speaking emotionally...not the first time i've negated any practical point i may have. three -- both fours and eights are convinced they are right, so this involves more than the "facts"...our egos are obviously involved. so...i'd like to put an end to this. i enjoy heated discussions, but only if they have a point, and this one seems to be lacking one.
