Mark, great advice! and you're very kind! Hmmmm. . . being a giver, Type 2. You know, I had to make it one of my New Year's Resolutions to STOP being so NICE! I can become somewhat of an idiot with people who would not give me the time! I often have insisted that people borrow cd's that they probably have no interest in -- or I go out of my way to share information with those same types. Thanks for your confidence. I keep thinking that I don't need to leave my job, that sooner or later I will find my fit in the office -- and things between the boss and I will neutralize and be unnoticeable.
Push away/ pull back relationships? Well, it does seem that the conquering is the best part. Perhaps, I have wanted someone to like me and once I have obtained their approval, the relationship isn't as important? They say that the 4 desires what is missing, wants what is distant. I've had boyfriends come to my house and "sit." The longer they would "sit" there, the more I would detest them! I'm not sure if what I'm thinking about is a characteristic of a Type 4; perhaps it is more a sign of the tv generation -- perhaps like others, I crave novelty and change?
