I know how painful this process is, but most people are afraid to face this Anti-Self. Becoming aware of it is a huge step in the right direction. It's only natural to wonder what your type is as you explore this. And it's only natural to fear the different selves, wondering which is the true self and if this one will survive. I struggle with the same thing every day. Have you done any meditation? I find it extrememly useful for this kind of exploration. It allows me to let go a bit and look at these different selves, or different aspects of myself. It's a safe place where I can let things happen without forcing them, and I've come to incredible realizations about myself through it--truly life-changing experiences. I certainly haven't gotten all the answers, but I'm still searching. When we can remain open and let go of some of our fears, we can discover something new every day. - Hal -
