I admit that I never looked at it as them having some kind of need to hide and protect themselves from me. In fact, I still find it incredible. I know how crazy 3s are about protecting their fragile self-esteem. Now I feel like I am the snooty one, am I guilty of it? One thing -- and you have to agree with me on this, Margaret -- many of the men still expect women on support staff to be like Type 2s (the receptionist is a 2/3 sexual variant) -- bubbly and smiling and always receptive to them. I am not like that at all and I never will be. I'm here to get ahead; someday I want to surpass many of these men. Well you've given me stuff to think about.
