the reminder of our "oversensitivity to rejection". As a 5, I need to
be more like an 8 and not worry about rejection, just be me and say
whatever I want. And yes, we 4s and 5s have to take it easy on ourselves.
Take a deep breath and just relax! In such situations, the mind can
really do a job on us. But we can choose not to listen to the "chatterbox
mind" and just relax into the moment. But if I was at your church, this
is one person who would love if you came over and said hello to me first.
