It's not a foreign language, because I spend so much time thinking in it and using it in general. Of course it technically is, since it isn't my mother tongue, but to me personally a foreign language is a language I don't know well and wouldn't feel too comfortable using it in discussing complex topics. I'd say all languages except Finnish and English are foreign to me.
