I just noticed something I'd overlooked in Rohr's book, concerning the value of Fours moving to One, ie taking on One traits, whether unconsciously through subconscious changes, or consciously through determined practice and habit formation.

The One places - Values above Feelings
- Diligence above Genius
- Reason above Symbolism.

Which is exactly what a Four has to do to overcome the things which hold them back.
Fives need to move to Eight, (take up positive Eight traits.)

Eight converts knowledge into action.
Eight goes towards, 'aggresses'. (my addition)
Eight expresses determined or purposeful leadership. (my addition)
