i've been in that dilemma for pretty long. i still dont know... they call us 'fringe fives' :). thats what i read at the www.enneagraminstitute.com board.. do join that one if you havent already.
i'm an INXP, or probably INtP, the confusion between F and T i think is the same as the confusion between 4 and 5. if i were more T dominated i'd be 5w4, if i were more F dominated i'd be 4w5. what's your MBTI type? i suspect most of those who are between 4 and 5 have a weak judging function.
i've looked at type descriptions and all that, but that didnt help me much. what i've been thinking is that there are more than a handful of us who dont know whether they are 4w5 or 5w4 .. there are so many messages about that here and some on enneagraminstitute.com too. maybe there is something fundamental about the enneagram theory that doesnt seem to cover us.. are we a 10th type?
if we can gather a few of us at an e-group or something, that would be nice and constructive. a 4 can read about himself and get advice and suggestions... so can a 5.. but someone stuck in between has to look at the data for both and pick and choose.
