: The guru of cognitive therapy is David D.Burns (American of course, with a big cheesy grin), author of 'Feeling Good:The New Mood Therapy' and 'The Feeling Good Handbook'. My therapist gave me a handout of his techniques and I'd just bought the book - I always seem to be one step ahead of him; still he's a nice bloke, I like talking to him.

Glad you got message. No, no other healthcare products, but thanks much. As for yourself, look out for SAMe (if you find yourself prone to depression). It is expensive, but it would be worth trying it just once as an experiment. Also, supposed to be good for arthritis and migranes. BTW, melatonin is supposed to be anti aging, anti cancer as well as anti insomnia (see article).
