I'm thirty-two and just as confused, frustrated and disillusioned as you are. The ideas seem to come to me a mile a minute, but they often vanish, because I have neither the knowhow or the energy to follow through on most of them. Consequently, the only piece of "advice" I can offer you from the other side of the mirror is to acknowledge Lao Tzu's words: "The journey of a thousand leagues begins with a single step." You might be wondering what this has to do with the price of tea in China--yes, I'm getting to that. Think of it this way: the Lord has given you one and only one tool with which you can lead a life on this Earth. This tool is YOUR BODY... Because we 4w5's spend such an inordinate amount of time within ourselves, we often neglect taking care of our bodies--be it through neglect, overeating, being too sedentary, etc. But if you start with small efforts on a daily basis and gradually build up, it is only a matter of time until your body's stamina will equal the promethean qualities of your intellect. I suggest exercise at least four--but no more than six--days a week. The exercise you pick should be one that not only strenghtens your body, but inspires your soul. Being natural artists, fours are usually attracted to dance, running, yoga and martial arts. However, don't force yourself to limit your choices to these categories: the point is to be inspired while your perspire! As your stamina grows, you'll be ready to tackle the projects you've allowed to fall through the cracks. And, what's more, the discipline you've developed as a result of your efforts will help you follow through in all facets of life. Good Luck...
