Your inability to go with the moment indicates that your responses are rigid, which is strongly connected to how relaxed our bodies are. I trained in biodynamic massage which is a kind of therapy and we explored this a lot. Do you like a hard massage or a light one? And if you laugh at that, then you're definitely in touch with your instincts! I'm too self-conscious about my body though, and doesn't a massage have sexual undertones to it?
