Amen to that, Hal. Because it is so natural for us fours to be so totally
involved within ourselves, it is inherently hard to for us to leave our
shells. However, when we labor to change our focus from ourselves to
others--without hidden motives,--good things begin to happen. Not only
will it help you break out of your shelf, but it will also help you help
another. And, in the end, that's what integration is all about...
