Fours and Suicide methods

What is your favorite suicide method?

I would prefer poisoning...it seems the least painful, and it's a beautiful dramatic death. I'm not talking about taking a bunch of aspirin like those whiny weak angst-ridden teenage girls, but something like Strychnine or Cyanide. Something that kills you instantly. A gunshot to the head is also painless - happens in a fraction of a second - but I don't have any gun to do it, plus it makes such a horrible mess on the carpet! Can't jump off buildings if one is afraid of heights! Slashing your wrists hurts very badly I heard. So, what method would you use?
