I meant that YOU would be happier as a Dolphin in Northern Calif. You keep assuming I'm talking about the people when I talk about a place. I tend to think firstly of the landscape, streets, buildings etc. I would think San Francisco is less gritty than New York, but I haven't visited the horrible bits which I suppose their must be. I like the hills and the bay, and those painted Victorian houses, and the trolleys. I would have thought there were sufficient cultured and intellectual and explorative people in SF. Too many gay men though - I'd have to find someone before I went there!

Do you have other ways you support yourself when you are out of acting work?
