Get reacquainted with that discipline where, sometime in your past, you were able to lose yourself in. Make time--regardless of the circumstances--to pursue this discipline. It will only be a matter of time until you "come around" and find yourself once more. And--whatever you do--once you begin pursuing this discipline, do not allow anyone to derail your efforts.
