Something called Myers-Briggs. You should be able to find stuff on it if you just key that in. It can get rather complicated, but basically it's about identifying how people behave along 4 different dimensions.

Extravert/Introvert
Intuition/Sensation - taking in the here and now factual stuff.
Thinking/Feeling
Perception/Judging

It's very interesting, but most people here think the Enneagram goes deeper. Attempts to tie the two up have been rather tortuous.
Basically, Myers-Briggs is about often observable behaviour and the E-gram is about deep-seated motivations.

ps. I was only kidding about the spelling! (lower down)
