I have found this to be a problem with me in the past, and I'm getting much better at it, knowing the consequences of speaking my mind now, & later regretting it deeply. Fours do get into situations when the feelings overwhelm us and we can't see the forest through the trees. It's never a good idea to make decisions or even answer difficult questions at this time.

I have a feeling this is a big problem for fours; this overwhelming anger, which the next day, will be looked at (and felt) much, much differently. We attack, and then feel the terrible guilt of our words. If your a four who can apologize, great, but sometimes, even an apology is too late....
