: That seems like the typical self-effacing, glossed-over exhibitionism of the Four. Nothing serious, of course - it's often done in simple, self-effacing fun. What were you REALLY trying to say? "Look at me - I may be dramatic but so what"?

: That makes me wonder about my own condition. The only people who have ever accused me of being "dramatic" are other hyperintense Fours themselves. Maybe they bring out something in me. Around most people, I am sober and contained. I will say "I feel" only around people I generally trust. Maybe that's "integration," though I don't consider myself especially integrated. Maybe it's my fickle standards of "taste" (though I don't consider myself to be the patron saint of class, either). Any other Fours out there who dread wearing their hearts on their sleeves? -Derf 4w3sp (self-preservation subtype)

I am totally myself at all times, and that constantly gets me into trouble. Ever since a little girl, I longed to be "a woman of mystery",
but never managed it. Actually the Frozen Raviloi Incident was a sort of
celebration of fourness. What I dread is blurting out feelings to those who enjoy using them against you later... Making myself vulnerable... Does anyone share this pattern?
