From what I gather from Riso's description 4w3's are more "image conscious", extroverted, and success driven. 4w3's create for an audience in mind and try to get people to accept their "self image", whereas 4w5's create more for themselves, are more socially self conscious,introverted, and follow their own muse, regardless of others' opinions.
