Yeah, the Nines I've known have appeared really calm and calming on the surface, but they're not at all, and can't cope usually. There is hope though, I've watched my Nine nephew improve a lot. He can be bouncy and energetic now, whereas before he was constantly in lying down mode.

He seems to instinctively know what he needs to do. He was lazy and plumpish - slightly, and got into cycling, weights, general physical fitness and its made a lot of difference to his energy levels. It also helps his mind which tends to be too speedy/whizzy. He's also learning that having some routine is good for him.
