Hmm...I wonder what you mean by "can't cope usually", nines can cope quite with a lot, although it can happen at a terrible price. And who's being satirical now?
: He seems to instinctively know what he needs to do. He was lazy and plumpish - slightly, and got into cycling, weights, general physical fitness and its made a lot of difference to his energy levels. It also helps his mind which tends to be too speedy/whizzy. He's also learning that having some routine is good for him.
It's usually said that nines fall into patterns of routine when they are stressed, but it's obviously not true with everyone.
