Enneagram Type 4 Board Archive Dear Everyone - my phone bill is immanent so you may not see me for a while.....Posted by Tiggy - in fear and trembling. on December 04, 1999 at 13:23:42: The immanent arrival of the quarterly phone bill this month, will probably mean my access to the Internet is cut off for good, or for a very long while. I am hoping to get a job, so that i can pay my mother off, and retain some autonomy, but as I owe my parents for a student loan as well as for my computer, and wish to go to America for the Fourum, this may take some convincing even in the event that I get lucky and get the job. I thought I ought to let you know, as when the shit hits the fan, I probably won't even be allowed to post a farewell. My parents are retired and living off their savings which have been affected by government changes to pensions. My mother is also a terrible worrier, and while my parents can be very generous in some ways, they don't believe in people spending money they haven't got. So until I've been able to pay them off quite a bit, I won't be allowed to use the Internet. Quite apart from which I'll probably have to disappear from home somewhere the day the bill comes, cos I'll be so much in the dog house that it will be a horrible atmosphere at home, and I will feel even more isolated. For this reason I'm leaving my address here so that anyone can write to me or send a Christmas card; I won't be able to check my E-mail either you see.
