I'm used to doing mass catering but we don't want to spend loads of time cooking and washing up - yuk! Very unfourish! I suggest keeping things really easy, however that's best achieved. I guess we need to have a rough idea of numbers and duration. One possibility is to each bring stuff to heat up or defrost whatever for half a meal's worth. Maybe some pairing up would be handy on that front, as we don't want any peculiar combinations!
