I've seeked solace--and learned to let loose--by adhering to a simple quote: "Our emotions must be as educated as our intellect." When we don't express our complete range of emotion within the right context, we lead half a life. Recognition is half the battle. If you encounter a situation when you feel you should be angry, you'll probably recognize it because your body will attempt to put your body on "full reverse." Recognize the feeling for what it is and let loose.
