As you Fives tend to say, maybe this certainty is an illusion. > I don't want to bog down your emotional 4 group with all of my overly-analytical 5 crap! That's exactly what Fours need. They respond well to honest appeals to reason and prudence as a way of life. It's been my contention for some time that communication between average-to-unhealthy members of the Feeling Triad, whether in casual acquantance or loving relationship (i.e., double-Fours... *especially* them, as a matter of fact), are in particular trouble, since each half is mired in obsessions over the illusion of self-identity. Attempts to maintain relationships in spite of this mutual confusion are little short of pathetic. It takes a "head" or "gut" perspective to inspire us sometimes. In our relaxed moments, we may exercise access to these centers of energy via wing Five and security-point One, but in moments of entrancement and defensiveness, it sometimes takes a push from without. Happy trails, Derf
