I wouldn't want to be like the Threes and Eights I know, no matter how healthy, but I like trying to incorporate their qualities so that I can become a more complete Five. It's not as much connecting to people for me as it is learning from them.

I believe that NLP is universal. Any type can modify and use it according to her/his style. Otherwise I agree with you that people can strengthen their types.

Oh, you mentioned 3s and 8s twice that you would not want to be like them. Hmmm....Why mention only two types? Just curious!
