I am a four, and going through a stressful time -- nothing too knew -- but have found a lot of comfort in the book Anatomy of the Spirit. It's really helped me to work on faith, and not being a victim -- the path I seem to fall into a lot! I also went through the Hoffman Institute about three years ago, which was wonderful, especially with living in the moment.
