There are some interseting dynamics between 4's and 6's. 4's tend to over reason everything. 6's tend to be extremly logic driven. There is a comaptability that can develop here between logic and reason..and also a tension. Especially if the 4 gets snared in there own reasoning, or the 6 gets trapped in their own logic.

Another interseting dynamic is the opposing nature of 4's & 6's. 4's are seeking balance, 6's tend to be very stable. 6's are looking for a leader they can follow, 4's don't want to follow anyone.

There also seems to be a connection in the area of the loyalty of a 6 and the reluctance of a 4 to terminate relationships.

Some of these dynamics may help explain what you are experiencing.
