Well, all I can tell you is, looking back on it, I wish I had become more focused on choosing a career. Everything seemed meaningless and pointless (and largely still does), but it is a lot better to have money and feel pointless than to be broke and feel pointless. You have more options to pursue what *does* interest you when you have money, even if you have to trade your time and focus to get the cash.
Are you planning on going to college?
