: : : Hey if you like your guys on the wimpy side thats your
: : : business.

: : You think femininity is wimpy. So that's it.
: : It's pretty hard to be feminine in a society that regards femininity as "wimpy"--for both men and women. It takes a *lot* more guts for men to act feminine than for women to act masculine. I admire men (and people) who are what they are--they have mental and emotional capabilities more noble than any attempt at feined superiority to others. Shed your security blanket of ignorant inconsideration and try it some time. You won't last two seconds because you've been swimming with the current for some obviously inordinate amount of time, and you lack the strength to swim upstream to the source of truth.

: Its funny #1 if you had such an open mind you would not rebutte my opinions. You would either agree or not say anything.

How can I agree with something I disagree with? I never said I had a completely open mind. That's impossible.
You cannot expect everyone to automatically accept your opinions. I don't expect you to share my opinions by the end of this. People "correct" others' actions because everyone has their own sense of morality and we must defend ourselves in order to remain individuals. That's healthy behavior.
Allowing other people to influence you left and right (no pun intended) is *not* healthy behavior. For starters, if you believed every belief held among people in this world you would become awash with contradiction and ultimately deny yourself.

So I can logically conclude your mind
: is open to opinions IDENTICAL to your own. Your mind is as closed as those you accuss of having closed minds.
: On opposite issues.

: #2 If you accept people for who they are then accept me for who I am.

I have, actually.
You are a person with a physicality and a conscience.
I cannot accept most of the actions you have thusfar displayed.

: : : One things for sure though...these guys wont be driving
: : : their birds into your nest hehe.

: : I'll let you in on a secret: you only *think* that's offensive. I think it's crude.

: That was a golf analogy I wrote. NOW WE SEE who has the dirty mind, hehe YOU DO!

Indeed, you admit it was an analogy..so *what* were you comparing golf to? I don't understand your argument.

: But since you mentioned it...you want a man with feminine physical characteristics? Like what...long hair? titties? high voice?

I am physically attracted to men with long-ish hair, yes--for no reason connected with gender. I just like the look and feel of it...the aesthetics, if you will.
I am not attracted to breasts and high voices. Should I some day love the soul of a man who happens to have those physical attributes, it would not bother me.
The intangible love of truth is far superior to physical attraction.

: You better think about that one. Did you say it just to force your point or are you a weirdo?

I said I respect a person's immutable characteristics and admire people who don't try to change their existence. I didn't actually say I was *attracted* to men who look like women...but I'll give them a chance; I respect them. The exact same goes for men I am not physically attracted to and still look like men.
I am, however, attracted to men who refuse to have a completely masculine identity. Nobody is 100% m or f (I don't mean biologically).

: : One thing's for sure, any man who can't live and think for himself is not likely to be anybody I want to spend the rest of my live with.

: Well I certainly think for myself.

: : Aren't you denying gays the right to be accepted for who they are by promoting the idea of indignity in feminine men, or indeed any man who recognizes that he has any amount of feminine qualities?

: Now you are getting desparate.

If you'd rather attack my argumentative style than answer my question, go ahead. I'll just sit back and watch.

: : : : Dont try and understand. Its just like women and driving. Better they not do it.

: : Let's see...out of all my close friends...2 guys have driven into the ditch. None of my girl frieds has had any sort of minor incident. And for the record, 75% of my friends are female.
: : Who in the Midwest tried to convince you of *that* ill-informed albeit conservative viewpoint?

: You form your opinion on my opinion based on cultural sterotypes. What? the conservative farmer from midwest sterotype as seen from the liberal viewpoint?

I *live* in the Midwest. Farming is a noble occupation and not all farmers are conservative. Ever heard of unions?
Having recently met more people from other areas of the country, I have, from direct experience, discovered that for the most part, people where I live set lower expectations for women. It's not altogether a misinformed stereotype and I was not bashing farmers. I was recognizing that many people in my area of the country (more than in other areas) would have said those exact same words...words with which I disagree.
By the way, yours is a conservative viewpoint on this issue because it does not advocate change, going by the definitions of conservatism/liberalism. Though I take a stance defined as liberal on this particular issue, I personally am neither conservative nor liberal: I believe that some things should stay the same and other things should change, and I would never force myself to adhere to an opinion I oppose simply because of its "label."

: Its up to you to agree with me.

I can never agree with any person, 100% completely so. In doing so I would erase myself...no two people are alike.
