Any "click" works for me, especially regarding the meaning, or as I like to call it, mystery, of life. If it's irrelevant at the time, I think to myself, "I may need this later."
I'm a packrat outside my head as well, coincidentally.
I keep things with little use that just might be needed/wanted in the future. Of course they never are....oh well.

To expand on my subject line (because I'm really tired and I get this way when I'm tired):

Taoism: The clicks are. What is a click but truth?
Catholicism: Clicks make you happy? Repent!
Buddhism: One cannot hear the clicks in Nirvana, for it is nowhere and everywhere.
Aetheism: What clicks? There are no clicks. Look around...do you see any clicks?
