Hi, Leroy.

Currently, I personally like the theory that humankind started trying to comprehend an afterlife because people had dreams about people who had died and, not understanding the concept of dreaming, tried to explain where these dead people were.

: - ARe myths and dogmas about afterlife rooted in our subconscious fear of death.

Yes

: DO all people amuse themselves by believing in some great hearafter. Are we that terrified by the idea of disappearing one day. that we need these illusions to function while we are still alive.

I like to think of it as a win-win situation. It makes some of us feel better while we're here and if it isn't true, no harm no foul.

: Does the sould exist?
Not physically.

: Man is inheriently flawed
If superior beings exist, how would we know? (Ashleigh Brilliant)

: So then what are the flaws witht the ennegram?

I think the Enneagram has been hijacked by the healthy/unhealthy - integration/disintegration dichotomy
