Thanks god I allow myself the freedom to experience either cold or warm both inside and outside depending on where and whom I am with in which kind of settings. However, my inner life tends to be fairly even and calm, except when going through a conflict. When it comes to understanding or mapping the dynamics at play, I really prefer to use the etype configurations together with wings and directions. Yeah, what the hell does it mean to be "cold" or "warm"? Conveys the idea that objectivity and logic are not good means for relating to oneself or to other people... a feeling biased language system methinks.
