Try this:

When you get a chance to talk to him, have a piece of jewelry or some totem that means something to you and has a secret attached to it. In conversation let that secret slip out and ask that you two keep it between both of you. 5's like, respect, and are intrigued by secrets. It may create a bond and rapport.
