: Okay, I'm a five with a four wing. The loner aspect has complicated and attributed to almost every relationship breakup I've had. I'm starting to become convinced that I need to date another five in order to find someone who understands that introvert does not mean stuck up or low self esteem. The only question is, where the hell do you meet another five? Has anyone else had any luck? Any advice?

My last boyfriend was a five with a four wing. I think they're tough to meet (unless they are a social five like him, which seems pretty rare), we met through a mutual friend, a two who insisted we'd "love" each other. Hilariously, my internal reaction was: "Yeah, right." and his was, "God, another one like you, I don't think so." Well, she introduced us, we fell madly in love, or I did, being a four (I still have my journal from then, I was in love by day three I think) and he fell in like with me, and we were together for five years. The two friend became insanely jealous withing the first month and stopped hanging out with us. None of this helps you at all. I'm just blathering.

One thing that really helped us along though, was that I never asked him for anything in terms of commitment or emotional demonstrations. Of course that's pretty much why I broke up with him five years later, or at least part of it, but then if you are also a five and that is how you feel comfortable too, then that wouldn't bother you at all.

Want his number?
