Enneagram Type 5 Board Archive What is evil?Posted by Elizabeth on January 19, 2001 at 14:17:31: It's fascinating to me that type fives would even speak of "evil". I don't think I even have much of a concept of good or evil. Yet, a friend of mine who is a type five has recently been speaking of a time he faced a great "nothing" and here on this site I hear some similar talk about "evil". I always tend to take a perspective that the "dark side" of four and five nature can easily be explained by primary developmental issues. What is this pit/void between type five and type four? Have you faced it or sensed it? Is it evil (and what is evil)?
