What are your current life settings? This can have quite an influence on those variations. When I spend several weeks alone working at home, I become more extraverted in social occasions, but when I am out all day for several weeks, I need time alone at home an social gatherings become a drain. Thus it is also a question of balancing things : : : : Out of curiosity...can an ENTP, Inventor type who doesn't necessarily hole herself up at home all day be a five? I'm not afraid of people, I'm aggressive, and I can be extremely arrogant and cynical. I wonder if this contradicts me being a five. But I do exhibit many five qualities, and on the Enneagram tests I score a very high number as a five while many of the other numbers are negative. So many of these enneagram books describe fives are being incredibly introverted, and I only go through introverted periods. Just wondering. : : -Annsley-
