I find you most discourteous, Fool of Spoons. You speak so harshly to this saintly nurse, who has spent half a lifetime preparing little dixie cups of Thorazine for this ward, setting aside her own dream of owning a Butterknife Boutique. I merely follow the directions on my clipboard as laid out by the good doctor:

"Fool of Spoons: 2 Tablets Thorazine to be placed on the nightstand."
