First of all, I'd say don't try to sweep her off her feet. Don't be "romantic" coming from someone who hasn't yet been placed in that category. If she's truly a 5, she will likely find that silly and uncomfortable. This may seem contrary to the nature of the situation but explaining your interest in an honest, playful, but unemotional manner is probably a best bet.
