This is strange and on a very small scale compared to the dreams of premonition you described. When I was in college 20 years ago, I took a nap. I dreamed that I found a yellow piece of paper and something white in my college mail box slot. After I awoke, I went to check my mail. There was a yellow notice of some sort and a white envelope in my box.
