Coming from my male point of view, I think you should scan her conversation with you for hints of what she may need to actualize and help her progress. If you are able to fulfill that need, you will probably win her. If not, then you and she may not be right for one another. What do YOU need and can SHE fulfill it? Also think about that as you go over those conversations later.
