It has no known side effects, though some people do say they have interesting dreams, but maybe that's cos they're sleeping more. I don't have particuarly odd dreams, though all dreams are odd I guess. I have never had any side effects, though the first few days I woke up a bit too early for me, though it would be the right time if I were going to work. That soon passed though. I went from chronic insomnia to hardly having any trouble sleeping and I'm even able to take naps in the day now if I've had a late night, which I was totally unable to do before.
