: Introverted Feeler : I dont really identify with those except that Im an Introverted Perceiver. Anyone who knows me, from acquaintance to semi-acquaintance will know I am definitely an IxxP. Those two letters stand out like a sore thumb. I apologize for the cliche. Let me try again. Those two letters stand out like a white guy at a Louis Farrakhan rally. There. Thats more creative. Yea, so Im an INFP on the base...but its not much of a long shot to consider me an ISTP. Im very practical, realistic, down to earth, non intellectual in many ways. i can also be cold, rational, reasonable, etc like a T. But Im an INFP although the NF part isnt strong. Im a total IP. : The strongest part is the Introversion if you want to be specific. I vs P...Im much more I. I am a hardcore introvert. I bet Im the most introverted person on this board. Anyone want to make bets? : Seriously, lets bet. Email me at Cory@cyanidesoup.com if you want to mail me your money...since I know I'd win. : -Cory What do you mean by you being a hardcore introvert? Do you mean introvert as in social introvert? I would think that the most socially introverted types would be INTP and ISTP. Both have under-developed Fe, the function most important for social interactions. In what way are you most introverted? Which function is this part of you most related to? Which function(s) is most undeveloped for you? That should give you clues to what type you really are. Also, just out of curiosity, which of the 16 MB types is most unlike you? On the other hand, you don't need to answer my questions if you don't agree with my view. As you said before, you don't believe in such things as inferior functions. I'm most in favour of Jung's own version of this typology, and you don't like Jung. But writing this helps me sort out my thoughts about my own type. Like you I kind of have the tendency to analyze myself to death in finding my own type. By the way, do you know why it is so important for you to determine what your true type is? Finding out my true type is kind of important to me, and I know the reason. One more question. What are you at the core: reason, or non-rationality? (sorry, I can't think of a better word than "non-rationality" right now) For me it's reason, that's why no matter how much I identify with being an intuitive, I know I must be one of the rational (thinking or feeling) types at the core.
