For many reasons that would take time and space to develop and explain, tests cannot be reliable. Yesterday, I helped a young 22 years old, son of a friend who needed orientation counselling. I had him take the on line test. He scored high on 9 and 7. Yet, after some discussion with him, it seemed quite obvious to me that he is a 6w7, although he scored low on 6. Another friend scored high on 2 and is an obvious 9, etc... And I could never answer most of the questions for I start discussing the wording, how it sounds meaningless or inadaquate to me, I used to make people who tried to test me with multiple questions nuts in the past. Open questions and experience are a hundred times more reliable!

: hello, five years ago I was a five, doing the test.
: Now I/m an eight in most tests, also score high at 7 (and 5).

: How could this happen?
: Always suspected to be 8, but when I did an extensive test as a student, 5 came out. At the time I recognized a lot in 5, almost every stereotype. But after working for human rights for a while.... well maybe a person develops after all
