Any other fives do this?

I think I think in images, not words. I have to translate the image to words to talk about what I am thinking unless I have a whiteboard/paper and can draw and talk at the same time. The effect is bursts of conversation interspersed with pauses. Any other fives out there do this? I understand that statistically I'm a minority and that most like me are theorists, inventors, or creatives with very active right temporal lobes.
