I have created the "I" in me based on my inheritance and education to cope with this world, to survive life. My fragility and vulnerability defines the extent of outside interference. Otherwise I observe and sieve. But I am still struggling to make a place for myself, to belong.

"WE have borrowed these clothes,
these time and place personalities,
from a light, and when we praise,
we're pouring them back in."

: Hello this is my first go at this message board - I only found it a few moments ago and haven't finished reading it but there's an issue that's really fascinating me at the moment and whenever I try to talk to people about it - well I guess as your all fives you'd know the response I get.

: What defines 'I' that is when you say I think, I did this etc where did this I come from? Now the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre (Also a 5) believed it was defined by what other people think of us - I'm not satisfied with this answer and I was wondering if anyone could provide any more ideas on this subject, I be much appreciative of any input you can give me.

: Thank you! :o)
