Breaking out of a rut is KEY... and the inertia of habit and procrastination can be an amazing obsticle to happiness. DOING without depending on feelings or fantasy as a catalyst... sometimes it just means taking a deep breath and plowing through. Then ya find out that making mistakes can be a lot of fun. The exercise bit always sounded like shit theory to me but I can't begin to say how much it improved my life to start taking a 45 minute walk every day.
