Their are tons of laws governing human rights in this country. There are much fewer, if any for animals.

Remember situational incidents are not something everyone can relate to. If there are all those problems
in your neck of the woods dont expect others to necessarily know about them. let alone feel guilty.

Give some specific examples of those people being tortured. Who? Where? When?
