That's a good point Jen! I posted the results so far (further up) & oddly enough, out of the five females, all have type 2 mothers (except possibly Heidi's who's undecided whether her mom is 2 or 6). Also, all five females seem to have type 8 fathers (except possibly Emily whose father's type is unknown). Four "definites" isn't a lot to go on, but it is an interesting start... Of the two male responses, both have type 4 mothers & type 3 fathers. Four out of the five females are firstborn or only children (considered the same in birth order studies). I should have also mentioned in the survey that if there is a 6 or more year gap between you & the next oldest, then you automatically fall into the first born or only child category too. I don't want to speculate too much about the possible meaning of any of the results until there are more responses & a definite pattern established. I'm thinking of looking up some celebrity 5s bio material too & see what their birth order is (it's probably going to be difficult to figure out a lot of their parent's types though).
