I live in a country where people in prisons are not permitted to rape each other. Our crime rate is lower than the USA, possibly because our ex-cons have not been shattered by the emotional trauma of a rape.

: Perhaps when the guy that broke into your car, which you decided to not turn into the police because he may get raped, comes back to your house with your stolen keys and rapes and murders you, you'll see how foolish your thinking is.
